For whatever its worth, the guys that do not want this information to be made public are concerned the aviation community will know what a large pile of dung this new contract is.
No rig, no work rules, nothing to keep scheduling honest, and the travel section is full of holes and ways for the company to screw you.

If you listen to the opinion on APC from everyone that is not a Kalitta pilot that would be your error. But make no mistake, this is or is not going to be our next contract and I will vote it up or down based upon my opinion. But having said that, I still do not see anything wrong with posting the contract. Own it or reject it, but for you or anyone else to get upset by this speaks volumes as to what you really think of this document.
So I have to ask, are you embarrassed by this new contract?
