Yes, but it's only $1M spread out over almost 400 pilots.

Just a side comment on this one issue. Atlas appears to be in a similar position, with senior management complaining about gateway.

The only thing...THE ONLY THING...management can realistically offer over and above FDX/UPS/Legacies in the face of the looming pilot shortage is "None of our pilots jumpseat to a crash pad -- ever". It ought to be hanging in a banner at every job fair.

But their MBA poisoned brains can not see it.

We also need more guys like yourself in your flawed thinking if this TA gets voted down because we didn't get everything we wanted, that it would be a quick fix in getting another one out to the pilot group that would have our entire wish list in a short amount of time. You seriously think the company would be interested in anymore negotiating?. ...They already drug this out for 6 years!!

Aye, there's the rub. There is a fundamental difference here between the long haul of half-assed negotiations (half-assed on the companies part) & finally reaching the end of the marathon - the power of self help. Granted, six years is a long time but frankly the vast majority of that was not true negotiations. They gladly wasted your time stalling, bobbing & weaving. Delay tactics are money in the bank (short of full retro pay - with interest) for the company and naturally provide absolutely zero incentive for them to do anything other than drag their heels and cry poor until the sun goes super nova. But being released for self help has a unique way of focusing the mind and waking them from their long slumber - to the fact that this free ride is now over and it's finally time to pay you what you're really worth. Hopefully there isn't any buyer's remorse next month. The next chance you get may not be for another decade. Regards & best of luck.

Our TA had to be approved by the E-board before it could put out to us. I suggest you do some research on that and stop being an ass yourself.

For those beating their chest, a release by the NMB wasn't going to happen. It comes down to how much money this will cost to drag this out another year with a different NC. I do wish the ABX strike happened about a month earlier.
