I have two cousins who do that in the Bay Area, one does east bay the other SFO. They are educated and presentable, so they can interact with wealthy clients...they are both millionaires now.

There are 1001 ways to make money if you are half-way smart and have initiative...you just have to get off your ass and go do it.
