Cool 6 year old thread revival.
Original Poster never logged back into APC since 2011, likely went back to his mom's basement to finish his Dungeons and Dragons game |
3rd Hand Information
We have a guy somewhere on our seniority list who is actually an AA pilot and an Emergency Room doc. I haven't seen him in a few years now, so he may have switched equipment or bases. When I met him, he was flying and working in the hospital on his days off. I asked him which he liked better, and he said flying and it wasn't even close. Not sure how well that translates to being a Dentist, but it's some information.

NYC guy? We had a guy go through med school while an active pilot back around the late 1990's/early 2000's. Got leaves of absence. Became a flight surgeon. I think he eventually quit. Heard of a new hire (2014+) who was an ER doc in NYC. Might be the same guy. |

Playing with cute babies and getting paid for it certainly was nice, but I've done it for a long time, and I don't feel like I am being challenged intellectually . |
