Moving from non-aviation into aviation role!
 

As some of you may know I've been looking at applying for employment at caacareers.com.

For me this is an alternative career, but the other way round, from a non-aviation related career to an aviation one ;)

Can anyone who is moving away from aviation give me the good (and the bad?) about your experiences working for somewhere like CAA or a role that would be strongly related? I'm interested in the airworthiness type jobs so any info specific to that would be great, cheers.
