I don't know anything about a letter. If you get referred you may or may not get an interview. Now that the process is centralized they may send a letter. You get invited to travel to Denver on your dime. If you get an offer it will be contingent on passing a sim eval, again in Denver. That trip is on their dime.

Reviewed- Likely SOL. Don't meet some requirement somewhere.

Received- the first thing you know after application. Won't change until job closes, unless it is a long term posting.
The last Application I submitted said referred the next morning. About a month to month and a half later I get an email and phone call to set up an interview. I was able to do that per Polycom. My interview did not go well in my opinion but now two weeks later my references are getting calls and one was told I am one of three in the running.
So who knows!

All I can say is to keep trying, keep your résumé updated and tweak your KSA's periodically and bounce them off other people.

I said sure and was set up for a face-to-face the following week. After that, I didn't hear a peep for about 2 weeks. That's really unique from what I've heard so far. Two days seems extremely quick! Anybody else got input?

Don't know when that was. Last year or so all I know of are trips to Denver. Either way, it has changed in the last year.

Default 30 day or your money back

According to HR the referral list, once sent out to the FSDO has a time limit on it. She said it is approx 30 days unless specifically requested to be extended by the hiring manager.

Thanks for the info. I did not know that once you app was 'received' you could go in there and tweak it, THANK YOU for that I will go take a look.

Now another question, can you tweak your KSA's while and app is referred?

Thanks,

doneandout
