They put the coolers in when I was there. It helps for about the first half until the ice melts. My shirt was soaked by the end of each flight.

If ur getting sick of ELMS now, you are in dire straights! Hate to say, but ELMS is a constant, revolving requirement throughout your career.
My ELMS history spans 6 pages of courses, listed single space. I’m only halfway thru the career “journey”. You get paid by the minute, so at least you have that going for you.

I only had a week and a half notice. My class was about half the normal size as airline hiring was ramping up and it was harder to get anyone to stick it out through the crazy hiring process. I imagine that was why I got thrown in almost immediately. I’m sure most people get more notice.

I'm more of a classroom guy. I enjoyed the class INDOC stuff much better then the eLMS style systems class.
