Are there any updates regarding when the sim/seminole rides start happening again / 121/Mil PC's being accepted in lieu?

Up up, does this speed things up for you, I know you got a TOL, without the ride there are just the background/paperwork to have completed now?

Industry/Mil Check in lieu of sim check/flight check is very close to finalization, I believe.

Yes, without the ride, you will only have background check items and paperwork to complete.

Fingers crossed for a firm offer in July/Aug. Ball is in their court as I’ve done the Finger print, drug test, background check e-forms, and signed the requested docs by HR.

^^^ Ever watch Caddyshack? “Be the ball, Danny”...
Don’t wait too long. How do you stand out ahead of the rest? Whatever that is, That is what the CMO manager needs to know about you, soon! It took me five (5) years to get hired after 9/11. I finally got an interview after talking “VFR Direct“ with a Manager. Being pro active was the trick for me. Best of luck!

I’ve been trying to be patient but I’ve considered calling. I may do just that this week.

That's the great thing. You are expected to NOT take your work home, you are paid/compensated for all hours you work, required to work 40 hours a week. Often with air carrier surveillance, it gets to be much more than an 8 hour day, which then goes into comp time or overtime (or your flex schedule). Doing a couple checkrides or check-airmen evals can easily take over this and I (nor anyone I know) ever rushes checks and management supports this. For everything else, you play the game of aviation where airplanes break, weather is bad, etc. You get compensated for your time on duty. You can also work a flex-schedule when you are 13 or above pay scale. The fair compensation is one of the big "benefits" of the job. Overtime can depend on the office, some managers are fairly approving, some are more judicious. This gets to be more of an issue at the 14 level (and maybe 13 step 5 if I remember correctly), which is exempt, where you are not guaranteed overtime for hours you work over, management can give you either overtime OR comp time. Below those grades, you can get either at your request. It's not common to be working much over/comp time in the first year, except for travel to OKC.
