Boeing data sheet has it's approach speed as 141 kts. F40 is my guess since that's the same as the -800 with F40. -800 F30 is 148kts.

No -900 experience. Just did some research - pitch limit is one degree lower the than the -800. Approach speed, for the same weight, is about 3kts less on the -900. I'm assuming different slat and perhaps flap angles.
