Frontier CEO bonus
Just ran across this this evening. Has anyone heard about BB's bonus?

F9 flight attendants
Tomorrow morning F9 will present you with a buyout package. Do not take it! You took a pay cut during bankruptcy that is finally being paid back and management is ****ed. In fact, they looked high and low to find a way out of it, but realized there was no way out. Consequently, they want senior flight attendants and as many of you to hit the road. The expectation on the number to accept the buyout is high. You may see dollar signs in the offer, but if you have a desire to leave hold out. Management has additional offers as backup. You are in the driver's seat. Stick together.
Your CEO's 2016 bonus exceeded $1,000,000 and is 401(k) match was more than $650,000. Recruitment for your replacements has already started.

The LOA 67 arbitration was on Thursday and Friday. Now the arbitrator, management attorney and ALPA attorney all write briefs.
The arbitrator, Holden, takes all that paper, lights it on fire and does what he thinks is right. Don't expect anything soon. This is still a minor dispute under the RLA, and must follow the procedure laid out for minor disputes. Major disputes allow for self help (strike).
http://apps.americanbar.org/labor/an...ers/v2/012.pdf
"Sections 153 and 184 of the RLA require that a dispute about the interpretation or application of an agreement must be resolved in arbitration. Such a dispute has come to be labelled a “minor” dispute under the RLA" p.34
"the Supreme Court defined the process of collective bargaining under the RLA as a “major dispute”which entails...The subjects of the duty to bargain under the Railway Labor Act are “rates of pay, rules, and working conditions.” p.36
