There's probably still some LUS to LAA, and LAA to LUS, base transfers that havn't happened yet. So that injects a degree of uncertainty as to what bases will get easier, or harder, to transfer into. But retirement increases should probably reduce the time line to get into any base. But that's a trend measured in years, or at least months, and is not measured in weeks.
