Default LCA/Instructor Override Incentives

Curious to see the incentives to be a Line Check Airman or Sim Instructor at the various Legacies, Majors, and UPS/FedEx. What's the override like at your airline? Thanks for the info...

Pay what you can hold at AA plus some guarantee hours. Not too sure about the exact hours though.

DAL is 777 captain pay plus 15% (30% if you fly a lot of LCA trips that month) on the legs you actually fly as a LCA.

The real incentive is to be a FO and bid to fly with LCA, then stay home when you get bought off the trip. Or pick up overtime trip... whatever's your thing. We have FOs making more than the captains they fly with using this method.

15% of 777 pay or about $49/hr on the block only.

The LCA override was already mentioned but the sim instructors at UAL get 90 hours/month at the rate of the highest aircraft they can hold.

Frontier's is a joke. $16.00 an hour. Or 10%. We had almost half the captain group apply for the LCA position recently. It doesn't pay nearly enough.

Thanks for the correction. My post would only be valid for 747/777/350 LCA. Unfortunately, I can no longer edit my post.
