RTO's

So I had my first emergency RTO yesterday in SRQ. Anyone have any stories when you have had RTO's? The good, bad and ugly? Let's hear'em!

Did a RTO in a CRJ once during a ferry flight from DAY to CLT. Had water in the pitot system (found out later) and caused my airspeed to go from 90 to 0 in less then a sec which also caused the left side only spoilers to deploy thinking we had aborted. The other side came up as I slammed the PW backs to idle. Was kind of neat in a wild ride way.:p

Had one in MHT, I was the FO and PF winds were report by tower as we were taking the runway as 180@18ish and gusting(straight down runway 17), during the T/O roll at about 100 to 110kias, it felt like someone kicked the airplane in the right side, displacing it a couple feet left of the centerline. About 2 seconds later the CA called and excuted the abort(FO's don't do aborts at this airline). Apparently the Airspeed had stopped accelerating at 110kias for 2 to 3 seconds. As we taxied clear of the runway, the tower then reported winds of 350@20 and gusting (straight tailwind).

We were full of paxs and had to return to the gate for the highspeed abort inspection.

What was the emergency? Did the equipment roll? What speed did you initiate the RTO? Did one low/high speed abort at Boston. I think it was on 9 due to an indication. It's been a while.

We were at about 90 knots, got pretty close to V1.

Number 1 started popping all sorts of warning lights. confirmed no fire and taxied to the ramp, no idea on the engine yet...
