Anyone use the Foreflight Logbook?
I’m really sick of throwing money at the coradine aviation folks for LogTen Pro. I’ve also been planning to get Foreflight anyway for leisure flying at my flying club anyway so I could justify the $100 / month. Does anyone use this as their logbook? Does it offer the functionality that LogTen pro does? (For example creating a smart group for PIC in the CRJ-200 or whatever). Can you import your LogTen pro logbook into ForeFlight? Are you happy with it?

I tried the foreflight logbook for a month and I could not bring myself to see the benefit of a subscription based service for logging my flight time. Last thing I need is a company holding my logbook hostage behind a pay wall. |

Once you update your device to iOS11 the old “one time paid subscription” logten app will no longer be compatible, and you’ll have to switch to the yearly fee logten Pro (for those of you that aren’t aware). I’m not really interested in paying thousands of dollars over my career for features in a logbook app that I will never use. |
Logbook Pro.
One time purchase. Tons of customization options. |

Logbook pro doesn't have mac compatibility.

MCC pilot log has been great. Available on both pc and Mac, one time fee for life and the customer service has been great... which I only needed when I was figuring out how to use it. It has a slight learning curve so you’d want to have it configured to import the way you want prior to connecting it with your company schedule software. Anyways, i used to have logten pro, switched to this. They converted everything from logten and sent me a file to import into my new logbook at no additional cost. There are 3 versions, the middle one is the best for airline guys unless you like to edit stuff at random on your phone, then the premium is what you want, but it’s not necessary.

Is zululog free? There’s one review on the App Store and it’s not good....
