MAXjet to Launch All-Business Class Service November 1, 2005 Between New York JFK and London Stansted Airport; Airline Introduces Industry's First All-Business, Luxury Low-Fare Transatlantic Service With Everyday Fares Starting at Just $779(A)

MAXjet Airways, Inc. today announced it will offer scheduled all-business class passenger service on November 1, 2005, with six flights each week between New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport and London's Stansted Airport. MAXjet will offer an all-business class service with everyday fares starting at just $779 each way. Fares will be 50 to 75 percent less than those currently in the marketplace.

Based at Washington Dulles International Airport, the privately held MAXjet Airways has operational facilities and deluxe departure lounge services at both New York's JFK Airport and London's Stansted Airport. Stansted, a major gateway to Europe, is the fourth busiest and fastest growing airport in the United Kingdom and serves more than 140 destinations. A terminal express train service connects the airport to Liverpool Street Station in central London with easy access to Canary Wharf and the financial district.

MAXjet will offer a true business class experience at low fares that are available at all times, even for last-minute passengers. Fares will be flexible allowing for changes and refunds for a fee. MAXjet will offer just one class of service -- Business Class. This service will include business class seats with the traditional amenities of the largest carriers, such as a pre-departure beverage, multi-course meals, a chef's pantry, complimentary premium liquor, portable on-demand entertainment, travel amenities and much more.

MAXjet will operate Boeing 767-200ERs on the initial route. Typically configured to seat more than 200 passengers, MAXjet will configure its B767s with just 102 seats with 60" pitch to greatly increase legroom and space for each of its passengers. There will be no middle seats on the aircraft.

The airline will officially begin accepting reservations on September 26, 2005. MAXjet will expand its fleet and flight schedule and include a second flight between JFK and Stansted. During its first year of service, MAXjet will add additional routes to London from major U.S. markets. The airline also has DOT approval to operate transatlantic and intercontinental service to Aruba, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
