How many airlines have started only to never fly a day in their life? Here’s one for ya. Avatar Airlines!
Avatar is going to fly 747-400s all across the US. LAX-LAS, LAX-JFK, JFK-MIA all for as little as $19! And there is much more. Feee WiFi, food and tons of other free stuff. I’m not making this up.

I encourage EVERYONE to read their site. It’s comical. I will give Avatar credit tho. They have moved past the crowd funding phase. A couple years ago they were using Go Fund Me. Dead serious.
The moral of this story is - Avatar Airlines has been trying to start a widebody LLC since the mid 90s. It has yet to even receive a DOT/FAA certificate. Why in the hell is World Airways going to be any different...?

Almost as funny is USGlobal Airlines (formerly Baltia...there plan as recently as 2012 was to fly pax in 747 classics between JFK and St Petersburg, Russia) (I wouldn’t be surprised if our Mango Mussolini was involved
