Ah, yes. Coming from the same jackass mayor that sent in his stormtroopers one night to Meigs field (one of the more unique airports in the country), tore up the runway, and built his wife a waterfront park. All of this against the law and wishes of the citizens of Chicago.

I've often wondered why he hated pilots so. This act clearly states his disdain for anything aviation. Maybe his wife left him for a pilot?
Kinda like W being grounded and taking it out on pilots forever more.Tom

I bet if the slum lords of these Cracker Shack Crash Pads agreed to charge their tenants a "hotel occupancy tax" or an "airport proximity tax" or a "tourism/stadium tax" ... then the city would look the other way.
