I am also genuinely interested in Breeze and it’s development. It’s hard to start any airline these days (although the post-COVID travel boom with cheap fares will help). The fact that Breeze/Neeleman selected the A220-300 early on and saw it’s potential from a flexible/operational standpoint aligned well with my thinking at the time. I think the route planners at Breeze are going to have so many route options with the A220 - it will be very interesting to watch. I think JB will also do very well with the A220-300.
you are too genuine of a person, I don’t think you’ll fit in

Big whoop on the technology part. I became a pilot because I actually like to fly planes.

anyways I have a buddy said that is going to training there soon. They are sending him via Greyhound. You get dead headed via Greyhound a lot and you real easily make Gold status with Greyhound. It some pretty sweet perks like early boarding, free WiFi, and free snack while you wait for your transfer at the terminal.
Does Greyhound have gold status for its frequent flyers, er ah frequent riders? Never been on them, so I have no knowledge.

Never mind…they do per their website.

I don’t know/care about Breeze at all, but the A220 is an awesome plane. It’s a pleasure to fly and the systems and tech are great. I don’t fly it anymore, but I also like reading about it and seeing who does what with it.

Lucky for you, there are still plenty of POS 737s out there for you to “actually” fly

Better dump the yellow bus and find an operator of B1900s to get back to actually flying.

I am. according to jaxsurf the Airbus is 1980’s technology (which it is), therefore it’s a POS.

so I am, actually, flying the old school way.

Pretty sure there’s a more direct connection from controls to surfaces on the 220.
