Breeze gives you free crashpad?

Add 30k a year in retention bonuses (conservative number).

Bottom line = more than Breeze.
no flying - my experience

not free crash pad. monthly commuter stipend for now

$24k/$30k pre funded profit sharing for years 1/2 despite no profits and you don’t have to pay it back if you leave.

please correct any of the above, as I don’t work there, just trying to get some info in case I want to put in an app there.
there are no A220’s on property. The rest yes.

I believe they take delivery of the first 220 from AL the end of the month. I don't think the 220 is scheduled for service until Q2 of next year but I could wrong.

More than you would ever believe. If they think you will come here to jump to another carrier you got one.

I appreciate the reply Naviator. Thank you!

Any speculation for A320 Bases? How does the $1,500 per month commuter benefit work? Also, is there some place that posts the E195 rates or do you have them?

Right… therefore my statement that there are no A220’s on property at this time is correct. They have not been delivered and therefore Are not Breeze Property.

There are two on the flight line awaiting first flight and 3 additional planes within the final assembly process.

I personally know 3 ppl who got the TBNT at breeze. They are actually pretty selective when it comes to hiring. They just don’t seem to care if you stay or not lol.

Everyone is due a pay raise or an increase in benefits or an improvement in XXX. Every air line is the same way. You have what you have now, you can’t sell something that doesn’t exist.
