1. A220 Pay Rates CA/FO
2. Benefits (retirement)
3. Stock Options if any
4. Benefits (medical)
5. Benefits (vacation)
6. A220 Bases
7. Pilots on Seniority List (05OCT21)
8. Commuter Benefits if any
Great questions. Why is there no profile for Breeze on APC?

In the early days of the airlines, thats exactly what this would have been called. Read Flying The Line sometime. It should be required reading for anyone who wants to play airline pilot.
Did all the Majors fly Eastern routes when they went on strike?? Just asking

For the logbook review, did you send last
page totals? Instructions weren’t clear. Awaiting answer from recruiter. Thanks.

it’s painted. It’s coming. They aren’t ghost rates like the 220 rates at UAL/AA. Your rates are relevant. And yeah, you have at least one pilot in 220 training. So, what rate will he fly at for delivery/repo flights/proving runs? Think it’ll change between now and then? Hope it does!

4) do you have a current rate for them? I think you do from what a buddy told me. I think it’s a blended rate (ie the same rate as your abysmal 190 rates).

please correct any of the above, as I don’t work there, just trying to get some info in case I want to put in an app there.
Besides the fact there there is not a single 220 on property and won’t be until November, you’re correct.

While I agree that the wages are comparatively very low vs the majors and pilots clearly deserve far better, remember that Breeze is also a startup. Absolutely NOT defending the low wages, just saying that you probably can’t make money (or maybe even break even) as a start up paying employees JB or Delta wages right off the bat.

At this point in its development, you can’t compare Breeze to the majors. However, it would be in Breeze’s best interest if they want to retain good and experienced employees to pay JB-level wages sooner than later.

Jetblue only has 220-300’s flying on property. I want to say $262 is the 12 year CA.

They have to be... you can get away with plugging a mediocre pilot into a well oiled machine. But a startup needs people who can cope with ambiguity and solve problems (and train others too).

This right here.

When the vast majority of our list came here, it was before the Pilot play book even came out with the work rules. With great work rules, bad pay is palatable for a short period of time, but that wasn’t the case. Not a single person at Breeze feels what we are being paid is fair or inline with what we should be paid for the aircraft we are flying. But the majority of us are working to make things better and the company is actively listening and making changes. And the reality is, if they don’t make changes they will continue to lose Captains to other mainlines and FO’s to other LCC’s… so it more or less has to go up if they want to be able to expand at the rate they have planned.

We have literally been flying 4 months.
