Any news on A220 class dates?
Got my offer of employment for Captain Qualified First Officer for the A220 back in Aug, told to expect class between Dec and Feb. Further informed training program was submitted to FAA for approval early Nov and pending that, classes would be scheduled every two weeks once approved.
Has anyone heard anything so far?

A220 not enough range
well looks like Breeze f....d up once again. A220's dont have the range as Neelman promised. Plus he is hiring Australians instead of American Pilots. at least Allegiant is buying planes made in American and Avelo is hiring American pilots. payback is a bitc.....

I am a big advocator for hiring locals above everything else, but before you go down this road I dare say you look into how the Australian E3 visa actually works and the requirements that need to be met for a industry to utilize it. Also, good on Allegiant for going to the Boeing, but if you think it was for anything else outside of getting an absolute steal of a deal for them you're delusional.
