Pretty sure everyone here has negotiated with scheduling even if it was when they were at a regional (and for those reading this who are still there) and picked up days off for 300/400%. I am certain there are BRZ pilots doing 90 not going below 18/19 off.

If you are Number 1/2 in base, it’s possible. I had all 7.5-8.5hr day trips with the exception of two days a month that were only around 5hrs when I bid number one and typically had 18-19 days off with a line value around 80hrs.
We have a lot of trips that are scheduled for 8.5hrs block and for the most part they work. But throw one issue in and people will time out.
4hrs MMG which is still about an hour below the industry for a ULCC/LCC. In reality, it mainly will only be seen on charters because the day trips average 6:30 across the board.
Pay did just go up, for the third time in 6 months… which should be a sign to anyone how they do not plan on being anything but reactionary. All they did was move up FO pay to $75/hr for both fleets for first year FO and both Ejet and 220 had their yr1 pay replaced by the previous Yr 2 pay and then a new Yr 2 pay introduced on the CA side. It likely still won’t keep anyone who is thinking about leaving here though.
