If they throw it on a line holder, just refuse it and make a deal to fly it for premium or don’t fly it at all.

Never seen that??? There is plenty of open time, but I’ve never heard one pilot here just randomly have trips added. Unless maybe you’re talking about reserve? Then it’s just like being on… reserve?

CHS has the best scenery IMO. But the MSY crews have been known to get wild on Bourbon St.

and they typically add trips that are in the middle of his long stretch of days off.

For the senior guys it has improved a bit. But the lack of flying on Tuesday-Wednesday and Saturday makes it really hard to build efficiency. Most commuters I would say are looking at different carriers. The 220’s will be way more commuter friendly but everyone on property aside from cadre are locked into the 190 for 3 years. I would not come to BreeZe to be a commuter.

Because TP and LJ are from Allegiant, they are replicating the G4 model of low frequency. The bulk of your flying will be weekends, lots of Fridays, Sundays and single days off. Commuter hell. Think of it as Allegiant with a bigger grin on their face.

Those days are the off peak travel days generally speaking. Tampa had Saturday flying from very early on in the operation but the other bases didn't. It wasn't until PBI started that the other 3 bases started getting Saturday Flying. Additionally, Wednesday Flying has begun to trickle into the system as well. What has prevented an expansion on those days is we were not staffed to fly 7 days a week. So until then, I would expect the Wednesday/Saturday flying to still be rather limited.
