I just got an email saying I got accepted into the program. Part 135 Caravan and PC-12 driver with 1100TT. I’m still trying to do some research on what the program entails. I am concern about their training. I’ve been reading on other post that it’s geared towards guys/gals that have 121 experience already.

Get yourself a mentor who is a 121 pilot. Ask them what you need to know. Learn the triggers for events in the cockpit. Do a little research on 117, 121, and make sure you know limitations and systems on the plane. Ask if you can, as a member of the program, get the chance to go out to their training facility and observe some sim sessions to put the pieces together.
It isn't rocket surgery, but you do have to make the effort.

Breeze is gonna buy a fleet of clapped out Cessnas to move maintenance parts throughout the system!! That is also where the Breeze cadets will build flight time, and it will be cheaper than shipping parts in the long run. They are thinking of the tax advantages! Genius group of leaders in HQ!

Hoping to apply at Breeze in a month or two when I have my 1500hrs. I will have 500+ hours of jet time and 250 PIC turboprop by then, I have some friends that work there as well. I was wondering what the time frame is to reasonably expect the Charleston base? I live there and that would be great. Possibly getting a PIC jet upgrade here at about 1600 hours and there are some big decisions to be made. I have a kid on the way and would love that quality of life even if it means a few extra years to get to Fedex. Currently I am on 2 weeks and off 2 weeks which sucks.
