If you’ve been hired, they do an online Q/A event where they answer your questions. As far as all the base questions, it’s pretty much same as it’s been described before on this forum. Ejet is day trips, PVU too. Usually around 6 hours of block flying per day so they’re pretty efficient. A220 has overnights. Reserve is 12 off, line holders get 17+ days off. Home based EJET is about 8 on and 7on with days off in between per month. Most of the bases are still pretty small except for CHS, but the airline is growing so things will change.

My CJO is for the A220, does anyone have any info about PVU lines for the A220? I’m in the west coast and I wouldn’t like to commute to the east… but again by the time I hit the line there will be probably more west coast bases. Things are changing rapidly!

My background is a Low time C130J reserves at Keesler which is where I currently reside.

Thanks in advanced.

If I were you, I'd get that 737 type. I went to Atlas's subsidiary at the time, Southern Air (same company and facilities by then) and got the 777 type. Problem for me was back side of the clock, 16 hour legs, and inability to sleep on the plane. My body couldn't keep IMSAFE because of fatigue. I regret not selecting the 737 option, especially now that Southwest is wide open.

Just noticed on the careers page that PVD is listed under 220 bases, has there been an official announcement opening PVD?

What is roughly the upgrade time on the 220?

PVD was announced to the pilot group as a base back in the summer I believe. A year, maybe sooner if you’re fully qualified for the position. PVD would probably go rather junior

The roughest part about Breeze would be they make you go fly a charter while you’re on reserve. Other than that, it’s not bad. You’ll never be gone 17-21 days like Atlas.

I would go to Breeze and drive to work in a heartbeat. If you don’t like it, move on to a legacy after you get some 121 time.

how does the bidding work? I have 3700tt 800121 time and 900hours of creditable time from a 135 operator, is the upgrade requirements based on the 121 min?

Would love to know more info if you had it. I don't know what I don't know...ya know? All the bros at my squadron who flew for Atlas never flew the 737 with them, so they don't have much info.

But driving the 2 or 3 hrs to New Orleans and flying for Breeze seems like a good job as well. I appreciate any info out there.
