Hopefully you aren't entering this industry believing that recruiters and companies are always 100% on the level. Try to find active pilots to ask questions.

I only just offered up my source of info to keep the conversation going, as in the same point without some definitively saying they’re a pilot at the company either (and even still), I take this whole forum with a grain of salt.
But until I’ve got a confirmed, offline source or two more this where my general info/state of the company is at for the moment.
I can say at least so far this company has been the largest think on my part as it’s still very new and seemingly in a lot of flux (good/bad/indifferent). And right now, I honestly I really am looking to see if it’s even remotely doable from my position, and not having any 121 experience prior of course makes that all the harder trying to weed out the overly green grass or tragedies.
But I do thank you all for any info you do have, it’s helping me look this all from some other angles

Don’t come unless you really want to be a part of it, stick it out and see where it takes you. It’s not an airline that has been around 100 years. There are rough edges still

"What is Breeze’s flying schedule?
• The A220 is a seven day a week operation
• On the Embraer side, Breeze currently operates scheduled service seven days a week, but flying is limited on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
What about flying and pairings?
• The A220 is more traditional flying with multi-day pairings
• Scheduled passenger service on the Ejet consists of day trips including single or double turns
• Charters are also a very robust part of our business and may operate on any day based on customer request
• Charter flights may be single or multiple day trips requiring overnight stays and/or overnight flights"

This is what I saw on a recent FAQ:

All that is true but it doesn’t necessarily give you a picture of what your QOL will look like. Maybe the 190 day trips, because at least you’ll know you’re home every night but the A220 flying (right now) isn’t great. As the company grows things will improve (if we can staff) and the trips will get better but don’t come in thinking you’re getting in early and it’s gonna be all rainbows and uni’s. The new guys seem happy and most that I’ve flown with want to retire here. Not that it’s any indication of the current state of the airline, but breeze has improved a lot in the last year and things aren’t as bad as some make it seem on APC.
