And to answer your question, I just mean would any legacy pilot approve of Breeze if the 401k was on-par, I referenced Delta because they actually do hold themselves to a high standard, and their union has fought for that bragging right. It was no offense in anyway.

If you don’t live in a base, it wouldn’t be fun to start. And a risk of being a startup, obviously. But if you’re lucky enough to live in a base, my schedule is better than I’ve ever had, and money works for me. So yea, if it’s not for you it’s just not for you. Free market.

How is the current training department? Do you think non 121 experienced guys who have the motivation to get through the program are given a fair chance? How are training partners decided? random or do you pick your partner? Any word on how far out class dates are being assigned to FO's?
