There won’t be 6 year FO’s for another 6 years. It’s highly unlikely the pay structure will be the same by then. Jet Blue was the same way.

Sounds like Breeze is going to be an independent regional but operate like a LLC with those rates. Sad, but they will suck in all the compass, TSA, compass and Expressjet guys.

Today, a lot of guys are on the street. Breeze is attracting a lot of former TSH folks plus some of the recent hires at AA. From what I've heard, they are not requiring resignation letters, which would have been an obvious deal breaker

Yep pretty much. Time till tell. When the industry turns around breeze will have to up the pay and compete like a real major or it will be a never ending revolving door. Training costs will skyrocket and the brand they want to build will suffer. We shall see.

They don't want people to stay at Breeze, keeps costs down.
They are forcing FA's to enroll in college in the hopes of them pursuing a different career after 4 years.

The cool thing about Breeze is they aren’t forcing anyone to apply there. The pay and guarantee might truly be abysmal, but there are thousands of folks who would be trampling over each other for those jobs if God (or Allah) forbid we saw another massive industry crash like we did in March and April. Who knows, maybe it will be a huge bust in the long term,or maybe they will make airplane driving great again.
