They wont suck many from TSA or XJT.
Min requirement is 170/190 type.

Curious to see what people think, how many Ejet drivers with 1000pic in the jet are looking for work? only former Compass folks and a handful of XJT are on the street that i can think of. When compass closed, they had around 450 pilots total, with maybe 250 captains? Of which maybe half had 1000 hours?

At least 1, but in all seriousness, to loosley quote the great Capt Roger Victor, no pilot should be shamed for taking a job opportunity to feed their families. Nobody is crossing a picket line here so take it easy with the disrespectful comment. Compass pilots were and still are the finest group of co-workers I've had the privilege to fly with and learn from. Some of them will end up at breeze and not because of a lack of self respect but to further their careers during a devasting year for our profession.

Can you blame them? I would to if my company closed shop and put me on the street with no other 121 job prospect in sight. Hopefully the industry rebounds and puts pressure on this company to raise their compensation. If not, they’ll have out of work pilots lined up to take a 35 dollar an hour position.
