Not to worry, Norwegian said it was just "residual fuel seepage", despite the pictures.
Also, they claimed they didn't know if fuel was being dumped over metro Orlando.

Might want to close your dump valves prior to departing the dump area.

Maybe time to review the fuel dump checklist? Not familiar with the A340 but I’m guessing you don’t dump that low and all the way to touchdown.....
