Default American, UPS, or Spirit

Which would you choose based on the following?

I'm trying to prioritize:

1) Career Progression / Seniority
2) QOL / Scheduling flexibility
3) Money

Seems like:
- American is great for 1) and 3) but not sure about 2)
- UPS is great for 3) but not sure about 1) and 2)
- Spirit is great for 2) but not sure for 1) and 3)

What good is 1, if 2 & 3 are in the toilet? Also, 2B (scheduling flexibility) is greatly a function of 1, and should be considered as one with it.

I’d have epic seniority if I’d stayed at the regional I used to fly for.

That is also about all I’d have.

I would take Spirit off the table. Next decide if you live near a UPS or American base, then decide if you want to do pax or cargo. I would probably choose American but that’s a personal choice.

You can make plenty of money at Spirit. Maybe not quite UPS money, but from what guys tell me it’s easy to credit 115+ hours on a consistent basis.

as an american guy, i would say UPS just to avoid TSA, flight attendants, gate agents and passenger hijinks. Plus you get a pension.

AA has a truckload of retirements coming up.

I live close to a ups hub and won’t go work there for a few reasons. I would choose American based on retirements alone would put you at a widebody captain pretty fast. Depending on how young you are might be a great career.
