Arrow Majors with Solid Company Benefits

Hard pay, soft pay, and 401(k) contributions are fairly well known by those seeking jobs at the big leagues. However, there hasn't been a discussion dedicated to company benefits.

What do the following benefits look like at your company:

- Health Insurance
- Health Savings Account
- Loss of Medical, Loss of License Insurance
- Short and/or Long Term Disability
- Vacation
- Auxiliary Unique Benefits/Perks (i.e. able to drop trips, travel perks or discounts, etc.)

I am particularly interested in health insurance options across the majors.

Don’t forget profit sharing..... probably one of the biggest differentials among the majors. That and short/long term disability insurance benefits.

Terms of health coverage are generally defined (and periodically redefined) in contract negotiations. Barring unusual circumstances, I doubt you would find meaningful distinctions between carriers, especially in the context of deductibles no longer being financially significant.

Yeah pretty much all mid/upper-tier majors will have good benefits in general. Maybe the lower tier as well.

The hataphilia must be sincere. Management has outed and fired closet hataphobics and hatposers.

Just curious . Who makes up the "upper", "mid", and "lower" tier majors, and what makes them such ?

Oh here we go.... This is sure to get more heated than a PA on guard with multiple Delta aircraft monitoring.

Your top two choices, your middle two choices, and your last two choices. Why do you care about someone else’s ranking?
