CAL question

I've heard a rumor from some friends that it's harder for XJT guys to get hired at CAL than those from other regionals. I asked this question on the regional post page, and had some replies saying it wasn't true. Can any CAL guys out there weigh in on this? Thanks.

Ive seen the breakdowns from many of the CAL newhire classes. I would say its very close to 50% ex-xjt guys. They had a flowthrough program, then a pref hiring program, now I dont think there is anything official but they still take a large chunk of XJT guys.

They like Express guys. Like he said, most new hires are Express pilots.
