To be completely clear, we did not at all get offered a Delta profit sharing plan. Yes the cut of earnings is the same, but the pool of employees sharing that cut is about 50k employees larger with us. AAs offer includes eagle. Delta only splits with mainline delta.

not even close to the same thing.

One of Jeffrey’s lasting legacies, he can run us like a regional staffing wise.

Its been proven, it’s simply “cheaper” understaffed I’m busy months and pay premium vs well staffed, then over staffed once busy months come.

When you take into account the big picture cost per pilot, etc.
I actually prefer this. Better for the company and more money in our pockets.

Oh please. Delta doesn’t share with any of their regionals.

You mean I should go back to AA, DL, and UA and politely ask them for a portion of their profits since I made money for all of them?

I haven’t seen the language of exactly what was offered. The pilots hold the power to increase the entire airlines PS plan?

correct me if I’m wrong but the lions share of AA regional flying is done by wholly owed subsidiaries that only do AA flying with AA pax.

DAL is 2.5X more profitable in terms of operating margin %. Even with their identical plan and cutting out the feeder it would still be much much less.

It is certainly a majority, but receiving profit sharing as a regional pilot is not a common thing. As previously stated, Endeavor does not get PS and they only do flying for Delta. I’m not sure about Horizon and Alaska.

Or make the eagle wholly owned one seniority list with AA. What a novel idea
