I知 not sure how this relates, but i defeats the purpose. Gotta be able to whipsaw. They are constantly some of the lowest paid. #flowisthebest

Seems like they never learn. Also, WN will so start theirs in March.

Endeavor gets paid 20-30% more than eagle pilots. Envoy/Piedmont pilots are some of the lowest paid in the industry.

It would require financial concessions at the mainline level, which would never happen. One list at legacies is a pipe dream. It is something every regional pilot wants but a small minority at mainline want (or are willing to sacrifice for).

Probably 2 years based on history. Dont see anything changing. Management will stall then the operation will go down the drain. Mediation will be requested , another 8 months of back and forth, then the threat of being released for self help then finally a deal, road shows and a vote. Same old same old. Just a realist.

Delta favors higher direct, tangible compensation. AA mgmt and their regionals seem to like freebie/cheaper carrots instead; flow, PS, higher non rev priority.
