If that intruder drowns me in the tub? GD right.....im suing the water department! 😆

And dont even get me started on steak knives.

I will consider allowing suing weapons makers just as soon as its ok to sue cities states and the federal gov as being responsible if im the victim of a violent crime.

It wasn’t an argument. It’s the law, as in 15 U.S.C. §§ 7901–7903. “...should not, be liable for the harm caused by those who criminally or unlawfully misuse firearm products or ammunition products that function as designed and intended.

I’m not aware of any other industry with such a “protection”. Maybe there is. Like I said, I was just trying to make the point that not everyone plays by the same rules, and maybe the pharmaceutical companies could be protected the same way the gun industry is. I’m not even sure that would be a good idea. It’s just something to think about.

But I should have known better than to say the G-U-N word in an aviation forum. Sorry I did that, and I will not discuss this any further. Y’all have a good one.

Youre right about not everyone playing by the same rules. I’d like to see more people/industries protected from frivolous lawsuits.
