Did you read the article....it effectively makes it easier for the company to fight the formation of a union. Doesn't really change any rules as to "union busting". In fact isn't the only way to "bust a union" for the employees to strike and then be replaced?

At the end of the day if 50.1% of the employees want a union, one will be voted in. If the employees don't support it to at least that level, despite what "info" is being put out by each side, the vote will fail.
Some companies treat employees poorly and deserve the union(s) they get. Some mgmts placate the employees to a point to keep a union off property. Each company will create the culture they wish to interact with employees.

Airline workers work under the RLA, not the NLRA. Don’t think that article applies.
