Go down to appendix B where it shows before and after weekly flight frequencies by airport and airline. These are valid until September 30th. You can lookup your home airport and try to figure out how you're going to commute. I think these are min levels and airlines could do more if they need to (not sure, don't have the patience to read the entire Doc!)

The minimum flights for the big boys into their hubs are comically low, less than 1/2 of 1% of the normal. Like 10x higher for out stations
