It didn't look so bad in China, guess I shouldn't have believed what they were saying.
But if Allegiant changes their business model to hub and spoke, acquires terminals in JFK, IAD, MIA, ORD, DFW, DEN, LAX, SFO, SEA and takes over the domestic market you can come back and say I told you so about that too.

That was weak at best. Who said anything about hub and spoke? You said only legacy serves small towns, and youre wrong.

Allegiant has a niche. It is a good niche but inherently limited. To expand significantly, they'd need to adopt a SWA model or a hub-n-spoke model. They'd better off going hub-n-spoke then sticking their nose in the SWA gorilla's cave.

Allegiant is great at doing what they do but connecting people around the country or around the world is not it.
