Remember Day Jet? It was a cool idea. Through advanced computing they were going to provide on demand air travel with an infinitely flexible network. Software guys dumped a lot of money into that place and it completely flopped. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/DayJet
I don't think Airbahn is using the 737 max.

Comercial or Charter? Commercial
When will Aibahn launch? March 2021
Only one A320? Yes, starting with one with hope to grow in size
How much will be FA pay? Undecided - “Competitive amongst other airlines”
How long will FA training be? 4 weeks
What base? SNA
Will there be reserve or line holders? Undecided, possibly one week on, one week off.
How will seniority work? Undecided “we might base it off on when the application was submitted”
How soon will FA Training be? They mention something along the lines of - Although we anticipate to launch in March we will be Possibly starting FA training as soon as October or November. So we can start performing test flights and be ready
Of course everything should be taken with a grain of salt since we all know things change quickly in aviation.

The airline has been in the works for 2 years now. We are getting closer to an AOC hopefully by the beginning of the year. Multiple pilots have been interviewed and hired already. Do some research on Zapways and it will give you an idea of how they’ll be able to compete in this market. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

Howdy Y’all! Ex Flight Attendant here (thanks to the Rona). Pretty you’re all interested in the pilots side of stuff but maybe you’d like my input. I applied for the Flight Attendant position back in late August 2020. A couple days later from my submission I received an email Thanking me for applying and wanting to schedule and interview via “Teleconference” along with select days and times to choose from. I replied back with a date and time and then got a confirmation email the next day. I along with everyone was also VERY skeptical about everything. I had my Live video interview during the first week of September. I was interviewed by The Director and Inflight Manager. Both were very lovely people. Interview was VERY short 14-20min to be exact. ANYWAYS, I haven’t heard anything back since then and I haven’t stumbled upon anyone else that has heard back from their interview. Most haven’t even had an interview yet. So hopefully I hear something back soon. I asked some questions and this is what I was able to receive
