A skydive operation with a DC-9 is looking for crews anyone typed and current on the DC-9?

duuuuude sign me up. I saw an old video of dudes jumping out of a 727 and the stairway made a vicious suction sound when a jumper would leave. Sounded gnarly.

The 727 (and even the mad dogs) have things that the newer generation have never imagined!

I wonder if they have heard of the Cooper Vane, for example?

Like an AOA vane, but it physically blocks the air-stair from opening when there's any airspeed. Can't be over-ridden from inside the plane. Intended to prevent hijackings followed by a parachute getaway.
