Miami Living
Hello,
Looks like I was displaced to Miami. I literally have never been there but commuting is not an option for me.
Does anyone from AA or F9 or any of the ACMI's have any suggestions on neighborhoods to look at? Trying to rent something around a 1 bedroom for < ~ $2000/
Thanks

Sorry, yeah no kids or s/o. Don't really care about schools. Just looking for a safe area, that's an easy commute to the airport, that has some fun things to do nearby.

Hollywood. It's Ft Lauderdale's seldom mentioned step brother. Just south of FLL, closer to Miami. Has kinda a funky old school vibe, but a great beach with a strip of restaurants and seafood joints. In normal times has a heavy retired French Canadian tourist crowd, but it's less nutty than Lauderdale beach. A great livable beach community amidst the SoFla frenzy

I used to live in Miami. Friends of mine live just out Brickell. 15th floor, 1/1, 700ish sq ft, approx. $1500. Dadeland is pushing it in price, but you might have some luck there. If all else fails, Kendall is an option, but the drive is thought 45-60 min depending on traffic. PM if you need anymore insight. You’ll have fun there!
