I find the hypocrisy/insanity of all of this absolutely absurd (not your post—this whole situation). . My fiancée and I are going for a 5d 4 night Mexico vacation. We are required to produce a negative COVID result for our return to the USA.
Joe Biden with his 52 executive orders has now set the stage to allow 25,000 migrants (aka illegal immigrants) into the USA. With zero Covid test. Guess the follow the science is out the window.
So as an American citizen I have to provide a negative Covid test, a rapid one at that to return to my family, my job, my home. Yet 25,000 migrants will just be released into our country without a test.
Riddle me that.

So you got yourself all worked up over nothing. If anyone set the stage for it, it was Trump. These people have been at the border since March. Refusing to deal with a problem doesn't make it go away, but he kicked the can down the road and now you're mad at Joe for inheriting his mess. Classic.

At first I was a little concerned that he let his dogs do some "recon by fire" floating this idea in public, but the right call was made quickly, and POTUS may not have even authorized anyone to discuss it in public.
We'll put this thread to rest now, the catastrophe looks averted for the time being.
