You averaged over 16 hours of credit a day? Did you pick up on top of vacation days at premium and traded away normal flying?

Yeah, looks like that works out to 16.53 TFP/day. We are in unusual times. This is anything but normal. This month all trips flown pay 1.5X at a minimum and 2X if you pick it up from the company.

I did not fly over my vacation and in fact had 17 days off in a row which is very typical for one week of vacation at SWA.

Also my vacation week paid over 51 TFP which certainly helped and is a lot. I’ll average around 44 for my vacation weeks.

The stars aligned this month. I’m grateful as I know damn well that the pendulum will swing the other way eventually.

Got a buddy who forgot to bid for vacation. Ended up with a Jan week he didn’t want. Flew over it and is over 250 for the month.

All of these year end numbers are phenomenal if you want them to be and still real solid if you chase quality of life. It would be great if some of you would chime in from the different airlines and offer some tricks of the trade as to how you maximize pay. We are in strange times and it is fairly easy to maximize now but, it won’t last forever so, how is it done during status quo?

For me, schedule flexibility is absolutely key. I need to have the flexibility at home to work the days that pay well.

They may/may not be worthy of consideration, but they are not a major airline.
