Fix names

There's always BIJAY that happens to be right above the Miramar O Club...

Clark is for Clark Tower in east memphis. It is the tall building off right wing as you turn south on arrival. Twikl intersection on the marvel three arrival is named for twinkle town airport that used to exist near that intersection.

On the MA for ILS36L, MREON intersection is right above Marion, AR. WALLZ on the MA for 18R is over Walls, MS.

How's about the old 29 RNAV approach into EWR that had the names SLUMM ORFAN over Jersey City. I think Sharpton got a hold of it and they cancelled it.

Are you sure on Twinkle? Not scoffing--but the casinos are down there too. Not that I would know anything about them...

Yes, that intersection is definitely named after the old Twinkletown airport.

There are some intersting music themed names up around BNA.

Mcghe was a controller that died of cancer, so I was told. Twinkle, used to be a small grass strip around a community called Twinketown.

I think LTOWM is for LaGrange TN where Wilder lives, which is close to the fix.

I remember driving by Twinkle town airport as a kid. You have also if you have driven to Tunica, down Highway 61. It has been a few years but I believe the hanger is still there.

Yeah, we've got the GUITR arrival, VOLLS arrival, and the Titan 1 departure, but I'm still waiting for a MTSU themed intersection at KMBT. UZFUR and URACE are lame.
