There’s a lot of naďveté running rampant. If you think management is going to change course over your meltdown I hate to be the bearer of bad news. If anything they are going to double down on their bad decisions to not admit their errors. Only thing that will bring change is change. Enjoy your platitudes.

Exactly. What did Spirit do after their massive meltdown in 2021? Blame the pilots and brought about rounds of base displacements, shrinking some bases significantly. Meanwhile zero improvements to infrastructure.
