Default SWA Quiters Checklist

I had one 15 year SWA FO in my 1 Aug 2022 UPS Indoc. Class. She said she was done with the extra turns and time away from home? So now she's flying the backside of the clock at $52K first year pay. Of course 2nd year pay is $252K!

Quality of life, at home, for some outweighs sitting reserve, in a crash pad, staring at their fourth stripe.

I’m not SWA, but this definitely applies to MCO@SWA. Flew with several FOs that lived in base (I commute), that were considering giving up their 14 day work line , to commute across 3 time zones to 3 six day blocks of reserve that weren’t commutable at least on one end. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should…..

Yup a DTW commuter that stayed in the FO seat for QOL. Got fed up with the deteriorating QOL.
