Omg, that’s fricking hilarious. I pray that that finds its way to upper management somehow. Just to keep the record straight….the 96 who have left have been since December of 2021, and that’s according to the last SWAPA comm from a couple of days ago.

"As I write this week’s update, in the last two months alone, 21 First Officers and a Captain have chosen to leave this once-destination airline for greener pastures. While it’s asserted in the room, “We don’t know why they left, maybe it was the commute,” SWAPAknows. We make it a point to reach out and ask every member who leaves, and their answers wouldn’t surprise any Pilot who is reading this. I will admit — sometimes it’s the commute. But the vast majority leave for better financial prospects, work rules that are predictable, respect from management teams who honor contracts, and appreciation through contractually guaranteed work benefits and perks." - JR
