All im thinking is imagine the overlfy pay on that leg haha. Of course some SWA guys are still in the weird mindset of block or better.

We REALLY need to fly together. L1 door closing triggers strong Pavlov’s dog reaction in my feet if ya catch my drift.

100% I am not sure why people insist on working for free.

I fly block or better (not LUV) as much as I can. I try to get trips with a lot of soft time so overflying doesn't add much/any additional pay for me. So an hour extra for deicing/holding/etc may only get me an extra 10 minutes of pay; a lot of times it gets me no additional pay.
