I did not have an internal recommendation nor do I know anybody that works for Delta. I did though attend an Air Inc job fair last May in Atlanta and stood in line for 2 hours just to talk to a Delta pilot and give him my resume. I got an email a month later for an interview. Hope this helps.

Sorry for late reply, folks,
I was not online much for the last week - retirement ceremony from the Navy. I have emailed what I had to everyone who PM'd me their email address. Don't get too excited if you didn't get it and you interview today - you'll do fine with what you've seen before from this site and WFFF.
My additions were mostly descriptions of the cognitive skills test, and if you can fly an airplane on instruments and change a radio channel to an assigned freq at the same time, you'll be able to do them whether you've seen 'em or not.

I have a DAL interview on Sept. 5 and would like to PM these guys as well. Can you possibly "early activate" my PM as well? I sure would appreciate it.

I'll see you there on the 5th also. PM me once you get the rights and I'll send you everything I have. If the mods don't see your post, you can always post your email address on the forum for all to see, including those w/ gouge, and they can email you the stuff....your choice.

I got emailed for the interview 9 days after submitting my app, and I'm convinced it was due to my buddy calling them and mentioning my name. I'm equally convinced that it had nothing to do with my "sparkling credentials." So if you can find somebody on the inside, I think it will be key.

I also have a DAL interview shortly after I get back from Singapore and was wondering how to get my PM working as well. I am obviously looking for additional gouge and it looks like you have what I could use.
